Are you swamped every week? Disorganized? Just need help maintaining a grocery budget?
Sis I got you! I put together this easy meal planner. It has a spot for every day of the week and breakfast, lunch and dinner! You can download it, print and get started.
Let me tell you how I use mine. I am on a budget with these sky high grocery prices and I try to make ingredients stretch as much as possible. If I know I am wanting to make chicken alfredo, I'll buy the large package of boneless, skinless breasts as they are usually the cheapest per pound. Then I divide them between many meals. As I am planning out my meals I know I'm looking at 4 nights using chicken. Then say I need to get lemons for something. I am making sure I can incorporate those into as many meals as possible. We aren't wasting anything around here. As a matter of fact, I have a recipe coming soon how to make strawberry syrup from what you usually throw away!
I look forward to meal planning every week. I like seeing how far I can stretch ingredients. Always check your pantry and freezer first and see what you have to start with and plan from there.
Print this baby out and give it a solid try for a month. I bet you will see a difference!
Happy kitchen magic!
